Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Klein, originally a native of western Wisconsin, has called East Tennessee home for over 20 years. His call to compassionate care in dentistry was fostered through various phases of his life: a childhood spent observing the clinical excellence of his father (a physician), attending Creighton University — a school deeply rooted in service to others, and above all through a love of Jesus Christ and using God-given gifts to serve and glorify Him. 

In 2012, Dr. Klein founded Klein Dental Arts, continuing a tradition of compassion and excellence in dental care in Blount County, Tennessee, that has spanned three generations. Dr. Klein is married to Hannah, and they have four children: Ryleigh, Hadleigh, Crew, and Tilleigh.

Dr. Blake Reed is a born and raised East Tennessean. He graduated from Lenoir City High School in 2013. From there, he went on to Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2017. He married his wife Katie that summer, and moved to Louisville, Kentucky, to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

After Dr. Reed graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2021, the Reed family made another move, this time to the sunny beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida. Here, Dr. Reed attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency with the University of Florida. This program had a large focus on dental surgery, implants and comprehensive treatment planning. But do not worry, Dr. Reed still bleeds Tennessee orange!

Dr. Reed is an avid golfer, boater, and tennis player in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his family (wife Katie, daughter Avery, and dog Charlotte). Dr. Reed looks forward to treating the Maryville community!
